Say What?

Hello, whoever may be reading this.
My name is Lily. I'm 19, live in Canada, and go to McMaster University in Hamilton. When I was 15 I found a list on the internet entitled 100 Books Everyone Should Read. I have no idea whatsoever who wrote it, but I found it interesting so I saved it as a word document and thought nothing of it. Four years later, I spent the summer cleaning out my computer and found the file. That was when I had this idea.

This year I'll be turning 20. I've wanted to do something momentous for this occasion, but since I can't run well enough to complete a marathon and have already beaten my personal record for cinnamon buns consumed in a period of 24 hours, I decided to do something a little different. I love to read and write, and have spent weeks holed up in my room devouring novels. I pack more books than clothing when I go on trips, and can't imagine my life without a good book. So I decided to make this love into a challenge.

I was inspired by the know-it-all and his idea of a mission. The list is long, and I only have until April 15 to read the books I haven't already finished.

This blog will document my challenges, thoughts, feelings, progress, and (hopefully!) success.
